minor snafu

6 random things about me (because of justin’s tag)…

1. i just cleaned out my closet and i had a ton of clothes. now i have 2 large boxes worth for storage, 6 garbage bags worth for goodwill, and 2 garbage bags worth for the dumpster.
2. i’ll be going to a stargate convention in august.
3. after many years of making fun of world of warcraft, i’ve started playing and it’s fun.
4. i’ve lost 95 pounds since march 1, 2007.
5. i may be moving to middletown or springboro.
6. at this point, katie and i have been dating for 7 months and she is amazing.

as you can see by the post yesterday, i’m trying to start blogging again…

…these are a few of my favorite things. actually, they are things, in no particular order, that i’ve discovered (or re-discovered) that i liked recently.

• red lobster - especially the biscuits
• long conversations via sms (or on the phone)
• saltwater aquariums
• vandalia, ohio - and to some extent dayton, ohio in general
• stargate sg-1

i’ve had this blast from the past in my head all day, and yet I can’t get enough of the awesomeness…

the new river gorge is an awesome place. i was lucky enough to be able to spend a long labor day weekend at class vi’s mountain state campground. the only thing more amazing than the view from long point, were the people that i shared the view with. i had a great time. thanks to all who worked to make it possible.
